Cancellation Policy
Please give us 48 hours notice before cancelling or rescheduling your appointment.
If cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours, you will be charged £20 or your full deposit price.
If cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours, you will be charged 50% of the service price.
If you cancel on the day or no show, you will be charged 100% of the service price.
If you fail to pay your cancellation fee, we will not be able to rebook you in for any future bookings.
